  • Do you accept returns on items purchased online?
    For shipped items, we do not allow returns on crystals, books, or unsealed items. Return shipping for sealed items is accepted, however the consumer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was purchased as in-store pickup. If an item that was shipped is damaged, please contact us and report the item and damage (with photos) within 5 business days of receiving the item.
  • Can I return an item purchased in-store?
    Currently, there are no returns on crystals, books, and unsealed items. For any sealed items, returns may be made for items purchased in under 14 days from the return date.
  • My item purchased online arrived, but is damaged.
    If an item that was shipped is damaged, please contact us and report the item and damage (with photos) within 5 business days of receiving the item.
  • I offer readings and healing services, can I host a session at your store?
    We allow guest readers and healers to provide services in store, please contact us for availability and eligibility!
  • I would like to host a class or event in-store
    We currently have a classroom that is available for group events. If you are interested in hosting an event or class, please contact us to discuss availability and eligibility.
  • Do you offer bulk order pricing?
    Yes, if you are interested in purchasing in bulk, please reach out via phone or email and ask us about pricing options for large quantities.
  • Do you provide gift wrapping for purchased items?
    We currently offer gift wrapping at a charge for $3 per item. Please reach out to us via phone or email if you are interested in gift wrapping items.
  • Do you sell Moldavite?
    Yes! We offer both individual stones and jewelry.
  • What products does the store offer?
    The store has a wide range of metaphysical products including crystals, tumbled stones, incense, jewelry, tarot cards, and candles. Our in-store selection contains a wider range of products than the online store, however you can view our online store by clicking the 'Shop' tab on the top of this page.
  • What services are offered by the business?
    We currently offer a red light therapy dry sauna and crystal healing bed sessions (in-store). We also offer in-home smudging and cleansing services to local residents only. Our services can be viewed by clicking the 'Services' tab at the top of this page.
  • Do you offer military discounts?
    Yes! We offer a 5% discount to all active service members who present a valid ID. (This discount does not apply to online orders).
